Winter Hitting League

The CSA Winter Hitting League is a 6-week (2 hours per week) League designed to allow athletes the opportunity to further develop the fundamentals and mechanics of their swing. Increase in power and control, as well as develop a deeper understanding of the mental approach and performance aspect of hitting.

CSA will offer 2 Hitting Leagues – an Instructional League focused on developing mechanics, and a more advanced Situational League for hitters who have established a solid mechanical foundation and want to work on situational hitting approaches/execution.


Athletes will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure proper and application instruction and development. There will be competitions and prizes!!

6 Week League: December 3, 10, 17; Jan. 7, 14, 21

Instructional Hitting League

This 6-week League is designed for hitters who are working to solidify a mechanical foundation of their swing. This league focuses on the ‘how it works’ and ‘why it works’ concepts of hitting, while utilizing drills, video analysis and live reps.

Situational Hitting League

This 6-week League is designed for more advanced hitters who have established a consistent mechanical foundation. This League will focus on different hitting approaches, executing in different situations, while developing power and consistency. Hitters will hit off of the Hack Attack pitching machine to focus on hitting specific pitches and locations in multiple scenarios.
